Please note that some of the goals that i set myself may seem absurd to you but each one i achieve will be a big deal for me wheather it's food related or not.
(i will cross things off as i achieve them).
16th May 2016 - 16th June 2016
- Take my son out for breakfast and order pancakes to share with him (because I've wanted to be able to have some pancakes for so long but haven't been able to bring myself to do so).
- Write atleast one blog post every three days.
- Eat something different on my birthday that i will enjoy and wouldn't have worried about before i got sick (15th June).
Yours are much the same as mine, I want my son staying with me for the summer holidays (he's at my folks now because I'm too sick to care for him!)
ReplyDeleteI want to go out for chips in town.
I want to be able to give myself a 'day off' calorie counting so I can feel like a normal person. It was supposed to be my brothers birthday last month, but I couldn't do that :(
And nothing wrong with little goals :) they're the start of something big! Xx
Thankyou for your comment, it has reminded me that I actually set these goals for myself. Unfortunately I only succeeded in the last one which was only because the menu at the restaurant we are at only offered one vegetarian option which was a veggie burger, it's definelty not something i normally would have ordered but I did eat it and it was okay.. I also ate some birthday cake which my Mum made.
ReplyDeleteI hope you succeed in your goals and are able to have your son over the holidays.
I can certainly relate to you when it comes to wanting to allow yourself 'days off' and I often try to do that but have unfortunately compensated by over exercising which is unfortunately becoming quite an issue :/
I hope you are well today xx
